The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality

The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality in partnership with The Council of State Governments, released Asthma Care Quality Improvement: A Resource Guide for State Action and its companion Workbook.  The Resource Guide uses data from AHRQ's National Healthcare Quality Report and National Healthcare Disparities Report and Web-based State Snapshots to help inform the Nation and States, respectively, about the quality of asthma care.  Using State level data on asthma care, the Workbook is designed to help States assess the quality of care in their States and fashion quality improvement strategies suited to State conditions.
